South Pacific Motorcycle in Albany, OR is seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly sales and customer service representative for our motorsports apparel and safety gear department as well as occasional help with Left Coast Motorsports!

Do you ride motorcycles, atvs or side by sides? 
Are knowledgeable in brands like Metal Militia, Icon, Fox and Alpine Star? 
Would you be able to help a customer find the safety equipment, accessories or parts they need? 
Can you answer phones and do "basic" customer service tasks?

Service Writer

South Pacific Tire Pros is seeking a motivated Service Advisor for a full time position.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for scheduling service appointments, greeting customers and verifying customer information. Writing repair orders and documenting customer visits. In addition, this position will verify warranty coverage, proper parts and labor estimates -- explaining needed repairs/service to customers, and informing them of estimated completion times. 
This position will work closely with the supervisor and technicians, and will be responsible for achieving sales goals as well as customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills
Leadership and teamwork skills
2 or more years of service advising experience
Basic mechanical knowledge
Typing skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
Must be reliable, have valid driver's license, and a good driving record
Must pass a drug-screening test 

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of computer systems --PC and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of DMS/DealerTrack Arkona

This is a full time position, Monday-Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm, and will require one shift every third Saturday with the exchange of having the following Monday off. We offer a base pay with competitive percentage bonuses.

We are looking for a hard working individual to join our service TEAM. We are a fast paced dealership, always busy with many tasks for this position. 

Position Description:

Wash and vacuum cars, maintain inventory of cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, ATVs, and more. Keep sales lot clean and organized, run errands. Light janitorial and maintenance.
